For 15+ years, I lived in the thick of it. As a General Manager and Transformation Director at a global FMCG, I led €350M+ change initiatives across multiple countries, navigated global restructures, and steered teams through the chaos of Covid …. to name a few.

And having worked for some of the world’s most profitable companies, I've had access to the “perfect” transformation playbook - the consultancies, the certification, the frameworks. You name it, I had access to world-leading change management strategies, tools, and investments.

And here's what the frameworks don't prepare you for: the human complexity. It was the human layer. The invisible work. The part nobody trains you for that makes or breaks it.
